2. Personal Data We Process
Through the contact form on fabco.es, the following data may be collected:

The technical documentation attached may include drawings, requests for quotation (RFQs), specifications and other files required to assess potential manufacturing.
Business technical documentation that does not contain information relating to natural persons does not in itself constitute personal data.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data will be processed in order to:
- respond to and manage inquiries received through fabco.es;
- contact the person making the inquiry;
- analyse the information and technical documentation provided;
- assess the feasibility of a potential quotation, collaboration or industrial project;
- maintain the commercial and technical communications required to manage the inquiry;
- where the project progresses, manage the potential pre-contractual or contractual relationship.
Data collected through this form will not be used for newsletters, automated profiling or general marketing campaigns unless a different processing activity is expressly introduced in the future and the data subject is duly informed.
4. Legal Basis
Where a person requests information, a quotation, a technical assessment or the commencement of a potential collaboration, the processing is based on taking pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject.
Where contact is made on behalf of a company or other legal entity, WEXHAN, S.A.'s legitimate interest in maintaining professional and commercial relations with that organisation may also apply.
Providing the data marked as mandatory is necessary in order to properly manage the inquiry. If such data are not provided, it may not be possible to process the request.

The data are provided directly by the user through the fabco.es contact form or through subsequent communications relating to the inquiry or project.

7. Technical Documentation and FABCO Thailand
As a general rule, FABCO Spain maintains direct communication with the customer.
Where an opportunity requires industrial or technical assessment by the factory, FABCO Spain may send FABCO Thailand the technical information necessary to assess or manufacture the project.
As an ordinary procedure, before such information is sent, a data-minimisation criterion is applied. Only the information necessary for technical assessment of the project should be transferred.
Where possible, personal data that are not necessary for the technical purpose will be removed or avoided.
If, in a specific case, it becomes necessary to transfer personal data to a recipient located outside the European Economic Area, WEXHAN, S.A. will first assess the transfer and apply the appropriate legal safeguard required under the GDPR.
8. Data Retention
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to manage the inquiry, assess the opportunity and maintain the possible commercial or pre-contractual relationship.
Where the inquiry results in a contractual relationship, the necessary data will be retained for the duration of that relationship and subsequently for the periods required to comply with applicable legal obligations and address potential liabilities.
For opportunities that do not result in a project or contractual relationship, the storage limitation principle will apply, avoiding indefinite retention of data once they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
